Return & Refund Policy

Every product is made-to-order, which means it is specifically manufactured just for you once your order is placed. Accordingly, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges for custom products. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We cannot accommodate cancellations or changes to orders once 24 hours have passed after the order is placed. If you believe you made a mistake with your order, please contact us immediately at hello@leandropita.com.


Damaged or Defective Items

On rare occasions, a product may arrive damaged or defective due to production or shipping. If this happens, please notify us as soon as possible by sending clear, detailed photos of the damage (including images of the packaging) within 72 hours of delivery to hello@leandropita.com.


Our production partner will review your claim (“Damage Review”) and, at our sole discretion, may offer to repair or replace the affected item. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. Photos of the damaged areas must be clearly visible and submitted in .jpeg or .png format.

  2. Photos must be received within 72 hours of the delivery date shown by the shipping carrier.

  3. The product must not have been hung, placed, or otherwise installed prior to taking photos.

  4. A Damage Review may take up to 30 business days to complete.

  5. Replacement products, if approved, are subject to current production and shipping timelines.

  6. You may be responsible for return shipping costs if a return is required to process your claim.

Final Note

Because each item is individually crafted to your specifications, we cannot offer refunds or returns for change of mind.
