Shipping policy
Order Processing & Dispatch
Once your order is placed, estimated production and delivery times (in working days, Mon–Fri) are displayed at checkout and confirmed by email. After production is complete, items are dispatched via our selected carriers on business days.
Shipping Destinations
We ship to over 50 countries worldwide. Please note that we cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses—only residential or business addresses are accepted.
Shipping Options & Carriers

Standard Delivery: Orders are shipped with trusted carriers such as DHL, DPD, UPS, TNT or FedEx. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.

Convenience (Two-man) Delivery: For large products (edge ≥ 125 cm), delivery can be arranged directly into your room by appointment. This option may incur additional charges and longer lead times.

Express Delivery: Currently not offered.

Neutral (White-label) Shipping: Available within the EU only; packaging and documents exclude branding and pricing.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the product, size, quantity, and destination. The final fees are displayed during checkout before payment.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the product type and shipping destination. This information is always displayed at checkout and confirmed by email.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Customs, Duties & Taxes

Within the EU: No pricing is included in the package; the invoice is sent by email.

Outside the EU: A commercial invoice with pricing is attached externally to clear customs. Recipients are responsible for any duties, taxes, or import fees required by their country.
Address Changes
You may enter a different shipping address at checkout. If you need to amend the address after placing your order (before dispatch), please contact us as soon as possible.
Damages & Lost Packages
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us with photos within 14 days of receipt so that we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Liability for Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control (e.g. strikes, natural disasters, carrier issues).
